NIGERIAN LABOUR LAW REPORT

The Nigerian Labour Law Report is a specialized Law Report with emphasis on Labour, Industrial and employment matters. Employment, trade unions and other labour/industrial relations’ matters are very central to the growth, profit and industrial peace of any company and indeed, the entire economy. Since the enactment of the Third Alteration to the 1999 Constitution specifically on reforms in labour justice administration, new trend in judicial decisions from the National Industrial Court and the Court of Appeal abound and demands the stakeholders to keep pace to effectively protect their organizations.
